Marcus Lepidus av Aemilii, född -265 i Roma, Lazio, Italien, död -216 i Roma, Lazio, Italien. Consul of the Roman Republic in 232 BC.

Marcus Aemilius Lepidus was the Roman consul for 232 BC and served again as suffect consul, possibly in 221 BC. He also served at one time as augur.

It was in his honor that the first gladiatorial games (munera) were held, on the occasion of his death. He was survived by his three sons; Lucius, Quintus, and Marcus.
